Pharmaceutical data, structured for software#
IaBula structures data from Brazilian ANVISA, CMED and DCB sources into a read API. Developers can search medications, retrieve canonical records, explore ingredients and follow published changes through a consistent integration contract.
Start building#
Use direct access with an IaBula API key or a RapidAPI subscription. Both channels share operations and schemas, but their credentials are not interchangeable.
A verified resolution example#
{"query": "NATULAXE CAPSULA"}In the verified RapidAPI Hub test, POST /v1/resolve returned status = resolved, product_name = NATULAXE, entity_type = medication_variant and dosage_form = cápsula. This is a documented example, not a live request from this page.
Source, identity and evidence#
A published name, a canonical identity and a regulatory relationship have different meanings. The API preserves evidence classes and source references. Literal active-ingredient text is not automatically a canonical ingredient entity.
